Omg. This one set of five triplets..it’s killing me..why can’t I get it ugh
I don’t know about the rest of you musicians that follow me. But I as a tuba player do not usually see things like this, even in solo music. Lol

If I can play it on trombone, you can play it on tuba.

Think this shit’s funny?
Keep making rape jokes then.

It really gets me when people say things like “why didn’t you report them!?” or “it’s your fault, you let them walk free”. Statistically speaking, rapists will not be convicted, or tried or even brought in for questioning. The victim is lucky if their charges even get a second glance. Plus, the horrific things victims have to go through to prove that they’ve actually been victimized further damages their psyche and healing process, which should be their first priority above anything. It’s the sad reality we live in and rapists know this and it’s why they continue to be so prevalent. In addition, we live in a victim-blaming society where rape is considered a preventable situation in which a person can’t suppress their innate sexual urges instead of a violent, horrific crime. By saying things like “she was asking for it” or “they shouldn’t have been so drunk” suggests rape is something everyone is capable of if they’re tempted enough, which it most certainly is not.
These numbers need to change. This is embarrassing and disgusting, but we as a society, need to start rethinking how we even perceive rape before that can happen.

Sucks, doesn’t it.

“So glad to see you well Overcome and completely silent now With heaven’s help You cast your demons out And not to pull your halo down Around your neck and tug you off your cloud But I’m more than just a little curious How you’re planning to go about Making your amends to the dead To the dead Recall the deeds as if They’re all someone else’s Atrocious stories Now you stand reborn before us allSo glad to see you well”______________________________
Another graphic for A Perfect Circle’s “The Noose”.  This one focusing on Thor and his struggles/failures, versus his relationship with Loki.  I really loved this picture because he just looks so defeated.  The mighty Thor down upon his knees, mourning, almost, while the world around him, quite literally, comes crashing down. It shows his vulnerability and, I don’t want to really say weakness, but perhaps more of his imperfection.
Sure Thor has done many wonderful things, but as stated before he is not flawless.  I hate that Thor has this stereotype with him that he is just some perfect, arrogant, pompous asshole, which, yeah, he comes across that way sometimes, and he is that way sometimes.  However, I really do think Thor tries his damnedest to keep his personal life, his family life, his realm, all the realms at peace even though he knows it’s impossible.  Not to mention you need someone who is confident, charismatic, not too arrogant, but a little bit, to be a leader.  Does he overdo it sometimes?  Sure.  But the whole point of this graphic and the other is to highlight the fact that he makes mistakes.

The Norse gods are all imperfect.  They know their world will come crashing down and they will all die, yet they go on celebrating the world and their lives in it.  This is what makes them great.
